    We have been using digital signature technology at KPRG for years! Together we will discuss the documents on the phone or a video call and they will be sent to you for digital signature.

  • Earnest Money Delivery

    You will be able to send your Earnest Money deposit to the holder electronically via wire from your bank.

  • Inspection

    Inspectors will send you a 40+ Page inspection report with detailed photos and descriptions, so you’ll get to know every inch of the property. You will have a video call with your agent and possibly the inspector as well where the report will be reviewed.

  • Closing Time

    Closing attorneys are considered and essential service and your closing attorney will help us facilitate the signing of your documents in the safest way possible for buyers and sellers. Closings can now happen entirely virtually in the state of Georgia.

  • Welcome Home

    After closing you will be ready to move into your new home. If you have an entirely virtual closing, we will deliver the keys right to you!
